As you have already heard, Amy Winehouse was arrested earlier this week in relation to the case against her husband for trying to pervert justice or liberty or whatever. Well, according to the Daily Mail, Amy was in such a bad psychological state that the police were told they couldn't push or question her too harshly.

Amy needs help and I'm not sure any more time in jail will do the trick. I think her husband is getting better/cleaner in jail, but she'd have a complete meltdown if she went in. I know, how can things get worse, right?

P.S. - I know this is all sad and everything, but how come we haven't seen her mugshot yet? As horrible as it sounds that thing would be pure gold in my eyes.
