Paris Hilton was spotted in Beverly Hills with a really cute dress on. There, I said it. That's like two nice things I've said about Paris this past year. I'm already starting to be a nicer person.

The dress, like I said, is cute, but the bag and shoes I don't like so much. I'm also grateful that it isn't night and the paps didn't need a flash because I seriously didn't need to see it once it went see-through.
