Michelle Rodriguez was sentenced to six-months in jail. Michelle had not complied with her mandatory community service and then lied, signing papers saying that she already had completed her time.

"[She] admitted violating her probation by failing to provide proof of completion of her community service and for consuming alcohol three times while wearing an alcohol-monitoring device," said the L.A. City Attorney's office in a statement.

The Judge also stated that she could not be granted early release.
