Michelle Rodriguez was released from jail yesterday, even though the Judge prohibited an early release for her. The L.A. County Sheriff let Michelle out after only completing 10% of her sentence saying that he felt he needed to treat Michelle like any other prisoner, disregarding the Judge's orders, and released her after only serving 18 days due to overcrowding.

The same thing happened with Paris Hilton last year, but the Judge put his foot down and she was thrown back in.

I say do the same with Michelle. I'm guessing she's not going to complain. She was living her ultimate fantasies in there.
