Lindsay Lohan is reportedly hooking back up with her ex, Stavros Niarchos. Stavros has also dated Paris Hilton and Mary-Kate Olsen. A source at a party where Paris and Stavros were both attending in Hollywood the other night said that Paris tried to hook up with Stavros again, but he was so annoyed by her that he left to go hang out with Lindsay, who wasn't in attendance. I don't buy it. I mean, have you seen Paris's new boyfriend?
