Rush and Molloy are reporting that Hayden Panettiere, who was recently linked to her Heroes costar Milo Ventimiglia, has moved on to younger pastures. But not that much younger from 30 year old Milo.

Hayden was seen having lunch at the Chateau Marmont this past weekend and an onlooker said she caught the attention of one of my future husbands, Ryan Gosling. Ryan and Hayden, according to the source, hugged a couple of times and then exchanged numbers. Interesting.

I'm not sure if this is an upgrade or a downgrade, so I'm calling it even. For Hayden. it's a total downgrade for Ryan. I mean, Hayden's cute and all, but she's no Rachel McAdams.
