Ok! magazine says that Posh Spice aka Victoria Beckham is knocked up with her fourth kid with uber hunk David Beckham's baby. A source at the magazine claims that Victoria was shopping at Petit Tresor twice last week.

I'm thinking she might be buying baby clothes for the rest of the spice mommies with young babies, most of them have kids under two. She has said that she does want more kids but not until after the Spice Tour is over.
