California born, Tijuana raised Venegas gives everything she's got into her music and mixes genres effertlessly, going from poppy to folky to even adding a mix of Reggaeton to one of her tracks from her latest album, Limon Y Sal (Lemon and Salt for the non-Spanish speakers).
