Yes, that's his daughter Brooke.

Linda "Hogan" Bollea has filed for divorce from Terry "Hulk Hogan" Bollea. She filed the papers last Wednesday and didn't even bother to tell her husband. Some speculate that the marriage has been over for a while now and that could be true, because when contacted by a Florida newspaper, Hulk didn't know anything about the divorce. He is now asking that people give his family some privacy.

"Please respect my family's privacy at this time with all that we have been through. I care for my wife and my children are my world and I just hope this all works out."

Oh, bullshit. I smell a publicity stunt here. Have you watched their show? It makes The Hills look like a real reality show. I'm guessing they want to fan the heat away from their underage drinking son who got his license suspended. Or they want more publicity so their show can get picked up while they work through it.

I'm sorry, but when you invite cameras into your home to detail pretty much every moment of your lives to help further your daughter's singing career, than you're going to be talked about in the good times and the bad. Deal with it.

Nick Bollea was arrested after turning himself in for Reckless Driving Involving Serious Bodily Injury. Nick was involved in a major car crash earlier this year, when he hit a tree in, causing friend and passanger John Graziano to be placed on life support and permanent brain damage.

Along with the Reckless Driving charges, Nick will also be charged with Use of a motor vehicle in commission of a felony, A person under the age of 21 operating a vehicle with a breath-alcohol level of .02 or higher and an illegal window tint.

The Hogan/Bollea (their real last name) family have issued a statement in regards to the situation:

Nick and the entire 'Hogan' Bollea family are saddened that criminal charges have been filed in regards to the tragic single car accident on August 26, 2007. Nick will meet and answer these charges in the appropriate arena - a court of law. The family’s primary focus and concern still remains for the continued recovery of Nick’s longtime friend John Graziano. The Bolleas will also continue to stand by the Graziano family and help them in any way they can.

The tragedy to both families is compounded by the fact that unfortunately John was not wearing his seatbelt. Thankfully, Nick was wearing his. Because of what happened to John, the entire Bollea family will make it a priority to increase public awareness about the importance of always wearing your seatbelt.

There has been much speculation as to the speed and wet road conditions surrounding this accident. Although all the evidence has not been evaluated, preliminary reports from the experts indicate that this was not, in fact, a high-speed accident.

Because Nick is still a juvenile and has no prior criminal record, we are disappointed that he is being charged as an adult offender. However, we are confident that the evidence will demonstrate that this was an accident. We ask all who follow these events to keep an open mind as to the facts until they have been ultimately determined. Finally, we thank all who have prayed for John’s recovery and ask for your continued support and prayers.

- Morris "Sandy" Weinberg, Jr. and Kevin Hayslett, Attorneys for Nick Bollea

Although I wasn't there and don't know the entire story, it seems to me that the reason Nick was charged as an adult was because he was 17 and drinking. But regardless of what happens to Nick during the trial, I think we should keep our thoughts and prayors on John. Here's wishing him and his family love and support.

Clearwater Police are waiting for the results of a drug and alcohol test for the crash involving Nick Hogan. Nick was involved in a car crash this summer when he crashed his Toyota Supra into a median. Although the roads were wet, the police report says Nick was speeding.

His friend and passenger that night, John Graziano was critically injured and is said to have suffered permanent brain damage.

Nick Bollea (Hogan) has plead No Contest to speeding in a construction zone. He was fined $1000 and ordered to complete a 12 hour driving class. He was also fined $73.50 for not wearing a seat belt.

Isn't the guy who got hurt in that accident still in a coma? I mean, $1000? Ugh.

EDIT:

I was wrong, I'm sorry. This retard admits when she's wrong.

The case that he was just charged for above was not in relation to the car crash that landed his friend and himself in a hospital.

That crash happened a couple of weeks after this incident, where he was stopped by a police officer when he was going over double the speed limit in a construction zone.

Now, as a Florida driver, I find it ridiculous that someone doesn't get arrested for going more than double the speed limit in a construction or school zone. People get arrested for lesser offenses in this state.

According to witnesses, Nick Hogan was racing when he got into the major accident. He's raced before, legally and illegally. Yikes.

Nick Hogan (real name Nick Bollea) is said to be in stable condition after crashing his car into a palm tree in Clearwater, FL. His friend is still said to be in critical condition. No word on how the accident was caused and if they were intoxicated. CNN has stated that no files will be charged.

Nick Hogan and a friend were flown to the hospital by helicopter after his car spun out of control and hit a palm tree in Clearwater, FL.

Nick, pictured above with his sister Brooke, and his unidentified friend are said to be in serious condition.

UPDATE:

Here's a picture of the car. Wow. My thoughts and prayers are with the family.
