Sucio

Poison drummer Rikki Rocket was arrested at LAX on rape charges. He had a warrant issued from Mississippi, and was taken in by the police in the airport after he got off a flight from New Zealand.

He was taken into custody and booked on a felony fugitive sexual assault warrant.

It's seriously not a good week for old hair metal dudes.

Amy Winehouse has entered rehab after a video of her was posted online by The Sun of her supposedly smoking crack. Amy has also colored her hair back to black (thank god). Is it sad that I'm more happy about her hair than rehab? Maybe it's because I think the black hair is going to last longer than her stint in rehab. That's fucked up. In all seriousness I hope she gets better in rehab and kicks the vices before they mess up her life even more.

The Sun has video of Amy Winehouse smoking crack. I feel bad for her, because addiction is hard to overcome, but then again I don't, because she really does do it to herself. She's not an idiot and she knows on some level that she has a problem but refuses to acknowledge it. Do I think now that the video has leaked that she'll get help? No. Because in her mind she doesn't have a problem.

Anyway, enough preaching. She actually reminds me of Christy from Intervention. I still need to get that episode on tape. That was priceless.

P.S. - I love that she's smoking crack in the video, but the bleep out the word "fuck".

If you've been hidden away in a cave somewhere and don't know about the WGA (Writers Guild Of America) strike, then watch the video above. Most of the television shows are halting production because of the strike, so know that it does affect you.

Hopefully the networks get their heads out of their asses and realize that in a couple of years most people are going to be watching most of their television shows online. Hell in the past two years look how big it's gotten and it's not fare that the writers, who create what we watch, don't get paid for it.

Please go to United Hollywood for more information about the strike.

Oh yeah, please show your support by NOT watching episodes of your favorite T.V. shows online. Try illegal downloading or youtube. Ok, I didn't just mean that last part yes I did.

T.I. is going to be held in jail until his court day on Friday and will possibly remain there until his trial, which could be months from now. He has also been denied bail. He was supposed to go to court today but it was postponed.

Also, the ATF released pictures of the guns that were seized at TI's house in Atlanta:

I never understood why people have so many guns. I guess protection but machine guns? Really? Are we planning on another civil war?

And finally, a source and friend of TI and his girlfriend Tameka “Tiny” Cottle says they are expecting their second child. Tiny gave birth to a stillborn baby earlier this March. Congratulations and good luck! In everything!

Colin Farrell has admitted that his son has a rare form of cerebral palsy. James Farrell was diagnosed at seven months old with Angelman's Syndrome, which causes a developmental delay and also makes the child extremely happy with frequent and random bouts of happiness.

"There is no heartbreak about it, it's not a sad story. I'm incredibly blessed to have him in my life.

"He has enriched my life incredibly and I wouldn't have it any other way."

Awe, how sweet of him! When I worked at a medical office doing medical billing I worked with a mother whose son had CP and she told me once that although it was hard having a son in that condition, it made her happy because she felt that God wanted her to have a son with CP because he knew she could handle it and feel blessed by him.

Colin, who's been working with the Special Olympics since before his son was born, felt that it was the right time to come out about his son's condition.

"[Because] questions are being asked in the last year and because I'm very involved in Special Olympics I think it's just the right time for me to talk about the fact that my son has special needs.

"I didn't want people to think that I was embarrassed by it.

"I don't want to be getting up on my high horse but it would be nice if some people read this and were affected by it in a positive way.

"I think for people who have children with intellectual disability that me coming out and talking about it might be a small bit of solidarity and if that happens it would be good."

I agree with him in that it is a good thing to talk about and not hide children away like some people do. It's sad to think about it, but it does still happen, even today. Kudos to you, Colin. You'll always have a little star in my book, now.

"Orlando Bloom, who was in a minor car collision late last night, is grateful that no one was seriously injured. Bloom called for help immediately following the incident. He spent last night at the hospital to be with his childhood friend who sustained a minor neck injury. He is thankful that emergency services arrived so quickly and that the ER staff at Cedars Sinai took such good care of his friend."
I hadn't reported on this earlier because I was asked to wait a bit by a friend, but fuck it. I'm posting the statement. Rebel, grrrr.

Orlando was in a car accident early Friday morning (around 2 a.m.) Drugs and alcohol were not involved and a passenger in his car, stylist Cher Coulter, was injured.

Al Gore, ex vice-President, and the U.N.'s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, won the Nobel Peace Prize earlier today.

" [I'm] deeply honored ... We face a true planetary emergency. The climate crisis is not a political issue, it is a moral and spiritual challenge to all of humanity."

In response, Bill Clinton said, "Nobel Peace Prize? So what. I cheated on my wife with a downgrade and got away with it. And what. First First Man 2008!"

No he didn't say that but you know he's thinking it.

Hey, maybe if my apartment building supplied solar panels we wouldn't have to rely on the power company for electricity as much as we do and WE WOULDN'T HAVE EIGHT HOUR LONG OUTAGES. Just venting sayin'.

Perez Hilton has been sued by Zomba Music, Britney Spears's record label, for illegally posting her songs on his website.

People love to bash Perez because he loves to bash people, but if the songs hadn't been leaked in the first place, he wouldn't or couldn't have posted them. Besides, in all honesty, nobody would have cared about the Britney CD if it wasn't for the hype, not only Perez, but bloggers everywhere built.

Remember that skit on The Chris Rock Show? Where he waited outside of jail for Bobby Brown to be released with five people holding up picket signs and a megaphone? God, I miss that show.

Anyway, Bobby Brown has suffered a mild heart attack and is currently in the hospital after feeling a tightening in his chest. He had his girlfriend take him and even recorded a video message to his family in case anything were to happen. WE NEED TO SEE THAT TAPE! I mean, honestly, how fucking amazing would it be for someone to leak it and put it up on youtube? What? It's not like he actually died...

Federal prosecuters are saying that Chris Benoit was over prescribed testosterone by his doctor in order to combat a hormon condition. Chris had ten times the normal level of testosterone when he murdered his wife and son, as well as killing himself.

The revelation comes to light as new court papers have been filed in the criminal case against Benoit's personal physician, Dr. Phil Astin. The Feds have charged Astin with overprescribing medication to two other patients, and are expected to file more charges against him.

Pete Doherty may face a murder probe because of his possible involvement in the death of actor Mark Blanco. Blanco died last December after falling from a second-story building during a party where both he and Pete were attending. Pete fled as soon as Blanco fell, before the police had a chance to question him. Investigators have ruled out a suicide.

Jonathan 'Headlock' Jeannevol, who was with Pete that night, retracted his original statement where he said he pushed Blanco because he was bothering Pete. He now doesn't know why he said that in the first place.

You lose custody of your children to Kevin Federline.

Britney Spears has temporarily lost custody of her two sons, Sean Prestin and Jayden James after Kevin Federline's lawyers went in front of the judge because Britney was driving around California with her kids in the back. Problem with that is that Brit-tit doesn't have a California driver's license.

Side note: I was totally at the DMV all afternoon trying to renew mine. I watched Reaper last week where they said that the DMV was a portal to hell. Yeah, right on the money there.

Anyway, the judge awarded KFed temporary custody until further notice starting today at noon.

I used to feel bad for Britney because she's a mom and I'm sure on some level she loves her kids. But her behavior is insane.

How, knowing you don't have a driver's license, knowing that your every move is pretty much documented by the paparazzi, knowing that you're in danger of getting your children taken away, haven't gotten your license and done anything to try and improve your behavior.

I know people say she's crazy, but how crazy can you be not to realize that you're on a complete downward spiral? She's like Christy from Intervention (click play below; best episode EVER!)

David Beckham's dad Ted is said to be conscious after suffering a heart attack in London earlier this week.

David and Victoria flew into London to be at his side and now he seems to be in stable condition.

Father and son haven't had the best relationship since Ted wrote a tell-all book about David. But hopefully things will smooth over now that they realize that life is too short.

Damn. What's up with the sentimentals today? Ugh, I'm done.

I was always back and forth with Shakira. I loved her when I was a kid but then she "sold out" and went ultra pop, but then I fell in love with her again with Fijacion Oral. Even though her music is so-so, her humanitarianism is always 100%, showing celebrities who sit there claiming to care what caring is really about.

Shakira has announced a donation of $40 million dollars to help with the damage caused by a hurricane in Nicaragua and the earthquake in Peru.

Colombian-born Shakira announced on Thursday that $40 million from a foundation that she co-founded, ALAS, would help with the destruction caused by these events in Latin America.

"I've seen first-hand many of the challenges facing Latin America. These are challenging problems that no one person can address, but working together everyone can help make a difference."

She's also making a 3-year, $5 million commitment for projects to help children in Colombia, in a region where 40 percent of the population lives in poverty.

Posh has canceled the launch of her new makeup line, V-Sculpt. I understand clothes for her but makeup? She needs to work on getting some Proactive before she goes and puts some more junk on her face. I'm not buying it.

She canceled the launch because her father in law, Ted Beckham had a heart attack and she rushed off to London to be at her husband's side.

The makeup line will include blush, eye shadow, mascara, eyeliner, lipgloss and lip liner. The line is part of their cosmetics line dVb, which includes their perfume as well.

David Beckham's father, Ted, had a heart attack in London and David rushed back there to be by his side. David's rep says that "His father has had a heart attack and is currently being treated in hospital. Victoria is in Japan working but obviously she has been informed of it and she is concerned.”

Victoria is said to be joining him in London later today. David and his father had a falling out once when Ted wrote a tell-all book about David but they reconciled afterwords.

It's been a rough week for Britney Spears. First she almost loses custody of her two sons. She also isn't allowed to drink or do drugs anymore. The drug stressed that she has a problem and she will now be drug tested twice a week to make sure she stays sober.

But it just got worse for her.

Early Friday citations were issued to Britney for a hit and run accident that she caused which was caught on camera. Britney, while trying to get out of a parking spce, hit a parked car and didn't leave a note for the owner. The owner contacted the L.A.P.D. and now Brit-tit's in real trouble, since she apparently didn't even have a license.

Britney could spend up to six months in jail. She won't, of course, but still, it's a possibility. Hopefully she gets that hot slut of a judge from Paris's case and not the ones who presided over Nicole and Lindsay's cases.

Now, according to sources, Britney's going to go back to rehab. Publicity stunt! I'm sorry, but she needs a good kick in the ass. Obviously the very real possibility of having her children taken away from her isn't straightening her out then maybe jail would be good for her.

But if she heads to rehab, there won't be jail time for her, trust. Judges love that shit. If she does go to rehab, hopefully she takes this stint seriously and realizes that it's a good thing for her to go.
